Aim and Scope
The Journal of Cyber Law (JOCL) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal with the aim of promoting and developing legal studies in the fields of information technology law, cyberspace regulations, and cybercrime at both national and international levels. The primary mission of JOCL is to publish original and scholarly research articles that address contemporary legal challenges of the digital era, including the regulation of cyberspace, protection of privacy and personal data, e-commerce, digital contracts, intellectual property in the online environment, and international cyber governance.
