Journal of Cyber Law (JOCL) is an open-access and peer-reviewed Quarterly journal devoted to the field of Cyber Law with the aim of developing legal knowledge, analyzing the challenges of cyberspace, and presenting practical solutions. JOCL focuses on legal aspects of information and communication technologies, cybercrimes, digital trade, data protection, intellectual property in cyberspace, and international cyber governance. The journal provides a forum for academic, theoretical, and empirical studies addressing national and international perspectives in the fast-growing area of cyber law.
