With the advancement of artificial intelligence and robotics, the interaction of robots with social and economic environments has become increasingly complex. The main research question of this study is whether it is possible to recognize legal personality for robots within a forward-looking cyber law framework. The significance of this issue arises from the expansion of autonomous robot activities, where legal responsibility, data ownership, and the consequences of digital contracts require legal reconsideration, and the lack of clear legal definitions may lead to social and legal crises. This article aims to analyze the possibility and scope of recognizing legal personality for robots and to propose solutions for establishing an advanced, forward-looking legal framework. The research method is descriptive-analytical, based on document analysis, review of existing laws, principles of international cyber law, and comparative analysis of practical cases. The results indicate that, despite technological and legal complexities, defining a limited legal personality for advanced robots can be a practical solution, effectively allocating responsibility and protecting digital human rights. Among the innovations of this study is the proposed legal model that considers both social benefits and technological challenges of robots, potentially serving as a pioneering framework for future cyber legislation.
